  "Just a Girl Who Can't Say No," an essay about my experience as a contestant in the New York Ms.Senior America Pageant was  Soup for the Soul's published in the Be You edition.  And "A  Source of Comfort" about finding new purpose as a volunteer after my son died was published in thier "Grieving Loss and Healing editeion.

 “Fashion fades, only style remains,” Coco Chanel said in the 1920’s, and she should know. She took women out of crinolines and put them in pants, draped them in jersey, and made junk jewelry chic. One hundred years later her style savvy is still influencing how women dress.
